Magdalena Zawadzka is a Partner at Business & Innovation Consulting Team in Crido Taxand. She specializes in innovation consulting and obtaininggrants and incentives for research and development and innovation activities. She mainly works with major Polish and international companies and focuses on developing research agendas, R+D project selection, shaping innovation strategies and financing for innovation. She has been a member or in charge of teams working on projects winning above PLN 2 billion in funding.

Magdalena has audited international projects financed by territorial cooperation programmes, and worked on projects co-financed by the JESSICA Initiative (she advised, among other things, on JESSICA’s first financing contract for urban regeneration in Europe). She also has hands-on experience in financial and economic consultancy on public–private partnership projects.

Magdalena has been working with us here at Crido Taxand since 2008, and in 2016 she was promoted to the position of partner at Business & Innovation Consulting Team. Public financing has been the focus of her professional practice since 2003, as she started off her career in public institutions working on pre-accession funds. She is a member of ISPIM (the International Society for Professional Innovation Management), association of professionals focused on innovation management.

She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in Finance and Banking, and completed post-graduation studies in Public–Private Partnership Projects Management. Magdalena also attended a course in Innovation Management at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

Magdalena authored and co-authored several publications on European funds and public–private partnerships.
